Project is for: 6 Websites to be controlled from 1 backend. 3 sites will be dedicated to floor mats, 3 Languages Dutch, German, English and 3 have a different domain. 3 sites will be dedicated to logo mats, 3 Languages Dutch, German, English and have 3 different domains. Total will be 6 sites, 6 domains. All can use the same template. 3 sites can be hosted on 1 setup where the dutch version will load the dutch version of the shop, English the English and so on. Products might be different in the different languages so are pricing/shipping cost. Background colour of the template white. Rest of the colours a wine red. Light beige, grey/black Products have a categories like Outdoor mats Indoor mats Washable Mats Logomats Safetymats Rubber mats And so on. A category can have different products For example. Washable Mats can have Nylon Mats / Cotton Mats The menu on the left should show the different categories. When moving the mouse over a category a submenu should open showing the products. When clicking the category a page should open showing the products in that category and on the right side of the page a menu list should be visible showing the products in that category Products are made in different sizes and each size can have different color. This means that when ordering a product the customer chooses a size and than from a drop down menu he has to select the color. For some products these are cut to size. This means that the customer has to fill in the length in cm (a minimum and maximum length will have to be applied in the backoffice) and the length in multiplied by the price per meter. Here also the customer can select the colors. For some products there is only 1 color so no need to show the colour. Member login should be below the category list. On the right side of the page there should be room for ads that can be sold. This can be adwords, picture adds and so on. Add should always be shown on every page on the left side. It should be possible to use different ad providers. When a category is opened the products shown on the right side should be shown above the ads. The menu bar on the top below the main image should show the following: Home, About Us, New Products, My Account, Order Status, Contact. Somewhere on the top there should also be a flag in say dutch and german on the English site. This would open the dutch site in a new windo. Payment options at the moment are paypal and bank transfer. Other payment options can be added in future. New customer should register. For business customers in the UK and Germany there should be and extra field to fill in the VAT ID number. For the dutch version this is not needed but it could be filled in. For the German and English version business customers have to fill in this number otherwise the order will not be processed. So invoice is without VAT. This only applies is they have supplied a vat id number. For the dutch site 19% vat is always applied to the pricing. Pricing is always without vat. The software should create an invoice automatically. The following can be optional work, separate project. We are working with an dutch accounting package called www.exactonline.nl and would like to have this integrated with the webshop. That said, new customer information should also be transferred through xml to the customer database of exactonline. The same would apply to an invoice. The customer should also be able to see the progress on the order. If possible after the payment has been received paypal or bank transfer the there should be an update saying payment received. We manually than can update each order when it’s ready / has been shipped. Pricing should be possible for end users and discounts for resellers. Resellers can have a discount applied to the end user prices. When possible the discount can be different for different products (product groups) When possible a packing list in pdf format should be generated together with the order. The packing list would be sent to us and we can forward this together with the order to 1 of our suppliers. Delivery cost can be different for different products. For example 1 product can have a fixed flat rate shipping cost of 20 euro. Others can have 9 euro for small order. Shipping cost can be different for different countries. Site should for example show, most sold items, if a module is avaialbel when a customer orders one mat it would also show other customers have also orders this product together with this mat. This is only needed when a free module is available. Maybe a small part on the right side should show special offers. Coupons / Discounts for certain products should be possible.
