Dear Provider, Thank you for your interest. These are the detailed specifications. Please use this list to work up an exact bid for this project. This is for at least (1) site and up to (8) sites total. The final decision rests with my client. Here is the worklist: 1. For each site install latest version of Magento on his server (HostGator) and set up appropriate MySQL database for the same. Client already owns the domains. 2. Each site needs 100 items uploaded/categorized. Client will provide electronic resources to facilitate this. 3. Hook up with Google Checkout or the most appropriate checkout system for his needs. 4. Presentation of 2 design concept and the installation of the one that selected by the client 5. Testing on Safari (mac and windows), Firefox, IE6, and IE7. Test payment gateway and ensure correct operation. 6. Set up of any logins/passwords and provide all logins/passwords/database names to us in writing. 7. Build into your proposal some room for 2-3 hours of additional revisions of each store per client's requests. Please let me know if you feel I have omitted anything or need clarification on any of these. What I would like to know after you discuss with your team, is, A. Price for 8 site package B. Price for an individual site (if not purchased with a package) C. Timeframe for completion of any single site (of course dependent on flow of information from the client.) D. Payment terms (deposit up front, or etc.) E. List of information you need me to gather from the client so as to facilitate your work. F.
