We need this integration to work like this: Customer Facing Integration: - See http://www.3tailer.com/images/magento-kayako-customer.png - Add a new link under "My Account" when a customer is logged in for "Help Desk" - "Help Desk" should bring up the default kayako customer control panel. - When a customer is logged into their Magento account, they are automatically logged into their Kayako account as well. - Tickets are assigned to customers based on the from e-mail address. Here is an example. A customer creates an account and places an order on our website. They are automatically created a kayako account using the same login information. The customer should then be able to view and submit tickets to our support team. Any e-mails the customer sends to Kayko using their same e-mail address should also show under their "Help Desk" Customer Support Integration: - See http://www.3tailer.com/images/magento-kayako-admin.png - When a customer support representitive (CSR) is logged into the magento admin, they need to automatically be logged into the Kayako Support Center. - A new link will need to be added to Magento labeled "Help Desk" with two drop down links, one for the Kayako Support Center and the other for the Kayako Admin CP. This will provide full kayko functionality. - Kayko will need to be integrated in one other area, when viewing a customers order. - Two boxes will need to be added above the customers order information, one that automatically searches for tickets based on the customers e-mail and the other box searches for customer tickets based on the order number. - CSR's will need to be able to reply to and update tickets from the Magento Order View page. We want to make sure that this integration isn't effected when upgrading Magento or Kayako. Let us know if you have any questions or other suggestions on how this should be integrated. |
