I don't know if this is even possible, but I have been working on a Joomla website and a non-joomla shopping cart. I've decided that it's just too much trouble for me. I looked at Magento long ago when it was young. Now there is so much new stuff. I wonder if it's possible to use Magento's CMS and extensions features where I no longer need Joomla. Such things that are NOT product related like photo gallery, video gallery, free "member" section, testimonials.. If it's possible to use only magento and its extensions where I no longer need Joomla, this would save my life right now. I have about 45 total products which could be imported via csv (I hope?) for the shopping cart part of it. Plan to use either Paypal website payments standard or Authorize.net SIM. Please, if you can help me, I will share more information with you.. |
