I am planing the use of magento to manage sales in a website and a blog or two. I want the website and blogs to be the frontend of the site with magento tied in. The first requirement of this arrangement is to develop the ability to display the mini cart in the wordpress and website sidebars. There are several posts discussing the abitliy to run magento code outside of magento using Mage. One approach that MIGHT work is using ' require_once("app/Mage.php") Mage::app() ' What I want is a wordpress/php/jscript plugin or module. best if they can be installed as a widget or in a php exec type widget. to display the mini cart. the development site I am currently using is www.besthealthsupplies.com |
