We have magento website and are having small problems with storefront display, cart and shipping. We are looking for a magento professional to address these problems. Our customers, outside USA, cannot properly see our storefront. They often complain that every navigation tab lands a person back to home page. The cart, which is presently in the right column of the Home page often is dislodged to bottom left. Sometimes same customers say they do not encounter same problem. Our BUY NOW feature, working OK here in the US is not functional when someone wants to buy, say in Singapore or South Africa. After clicking buy now , the page stands still without going into another window. Sometimes US customers also complain they can't buy online. There might be some paypal and Google checkout issues as well. It does not seem to be lot of work, but only a well versed magento professional, who has done diagnostic and launch work can fix these problems quickly. |
