I need to get a site developed from the ground up. I will sell PDF's on special real-estates. 1- Simple, trustworhty design 2- Ability to change pictures in the top banner. As an ad for the houses listed on my website. 3- Ability to show unlimited pictures (typically 5-10) from a house 4- Ability to search and find a house from all possible inputs (location, size, cost, cost pr squaremeter, date etc.) 5- Houses should appear on google maps on the front page 6- Sell PDF 7- Sell subscription so the user can download unlimited PDF's in 1, 3, 6, 12 month (this subscription can be added on later on version 2 - to keep cost low) 8- The user can subscripe to a certain house - and if it changes or get's deleted or sold the user get's a mail. 9- User can subscribe to an automatic mail if a house appears in a region of his choice (based on postcode) 10- A forum where the user can discuss relevant things 11- Paypal as gateway No deadline for launch. Cost of development should be low. |
