We have developed a customer management/e-commerce/provisioning application based on Magento. As of now, the software does not provide reporting that meets our needs and it cannot track sales commissions. We also need to be able to bill recurring charges to end consumers. They purchase a product and service. We need to bill the service monthly and auto charge/debit their credit or debit card. We will need ongoing support and someone to set-up new resellers. A new reseller will need a front end store and a back-end login so they can admin their account and enter orders. We will need a super-admin access as well. |
