The admin area of our v1.3 Magento shop dies after printing the open head tag and after numerous attempts to troubleshoot we decided its probably best to upgrade to v1.4+ which should solve the issue. However, with the /admin/ area down the upgrade connector is unavailable and attempting to upgrade via SSH also failed as PEAR is not installed. We need a Magento expert who is capable of manually upgrading the shop to 1.4 OR troubleshooting the blank admin page. |
