I am seeking some custom work in Magento. Below is a description of the things I need done for this website. http://67.15.211.17/~tirestom/index.php/ As you can see, this is an online tire store. I need most of the site reworked. I want to tie the tire purchase to getting the tires installed. Currently the checkout page only gives options for checking out and I want to customers to be able to select an installer first. When the installer is selected I need it to auto populate the ship to in the cart. (Installers are still little tire shops that will put the tires on for you after you purchase them from me) Installation page: Needs to be set up as its own database and have its own logon so my tire shops/installers can log in and add themselves to my database. 1.After a customer has selected their tires they should be directed to the checkout page: at the checkout page the customer should be prompted or directed to select an installer or other shipping method. I would like to add a custom/separate button to the checkout page that takes customers to the installation page. 2.When a customer has chosen an installer the information from the installer database should auto populate the ship to address? There are three methods of shipping UPS, FedEx, and my trucks (which is free shipping) because I owned the trucks. 3.Overall the checkout process should be select tires-> proceed to installer page to choose installer -> proceed to checkout. Please keep in mind that some customers will be using UPS/ FedEx shipping and will not select any installer. So customers should not be forced to select an installer in order to move to the checkout. 4.Customer should also have a message after an installer is selected to get a hold of the installer to schedule installation. 5. Searching for an installer needs to be completed. This search is completed by zip code. Currently we have a small list of zip codes and installers but we need the rest of the zip codes in the database and the search results should reflect the distance that the nearest installer is from the zip code you enter. This project is time sensitive and needs to be completed as soon as possible!!! |
